WHAT IS A PRODUCER?

We're the people that get the job done! Have an expo or summit coming up that needs a steady organized hand? We can do that. Shooting a concept video to promote your art and have know idea how to put it together? We can do that. Overwhelmed with folders of content for your social handles and no time to edit them? We can do that, too! Think of us as high level project managers. Anything you need done on time and on budget, we can do.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Everywhere! While we have physical offices in California and Michigan, most of our pre-production work can be done remotely including budgets, schedules, hiring, and content curation. For projects that need us on site, travel accommodations will be included in your budget.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Depending on the service, the price for production will be based off your desired budget. We take what you have and determine where and how the money can be best used to meet your desired goal -- with your permission of course. For services such as web design, social media management, and content editing, we have a menu of set prices that are negotiable depending on your project needs and time limit.

DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE INSURANCE?

Yes! Your budget will include appropriate event or film insurance. However, there are a small number of projects we will not be able to cover including gun shows, pyrotechnic exhibits, and some drug or alcohol related events. HOW DO I GET A COPY OF THE PRICE MENU?

You can email info@bestsellersproductions.com for a copy of our base price menu. Note: All prices are subject to additions depending on project needs.

WHAT ARE THE FIXED RATES IN THE BUDGET?

All budgets that are curated through our company come fixed with a 20% contingency and 10% fringes (if needed). Additional lines for COVID will be determined depending on state and union protocols.

WHAT IS YOUR COVID POLICY?

We follow all union and state COVID guidelines -- no exceptions. Our crew will be masked per our internal policy if they are on site. For further insight into what this means for your project/event, please set up a consultation.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY SERVICES? CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

There is a forty-eight hour window between your deposit and start day if you change your mind. After that window, you may choose to hold work until a later date, but your deposit will be non-refundable. It can be used at a later date for a future project. All SOW will include our refund policy for you to review.

First, you'll need to book a 30-minute free consultation to speak with our account manager to go over your project goals. Then, you'll receive a budget and quote for our services. Once agreed upon, you'll sign your statement of work (SOW) and submit your deposit.
